Busy busy busy

We've been having such a busy time. I can hardly believe that it's May already.
Today we started a Nature project in school. Chloe has begun growing Sweet Pea (which will take up to 12 weeks) and Joshua is growing some Nastruims (which will take 8 weeks) It's always fun for kids to grow something. They make sure to check their seeds each morning and before they go to bed.

My Grandma turned 83 at the end of April. We had a little Tea Party for her. She has Alzehimers so she kept insisting that I put the number the wrong way around on her cake, then a few minutes later she would ask whose birthday it was.

Then last week we headed to Belfast Zoo. It was a beautiful day and they had some new animals that they never had before, like a Tomato Frog and Spiders and even bats. The kids really enjoyed it.

And wee Rachel - Leigh turned 6 months, time surely flies.
